the check-in process was smooth, and i got helpful tips on local dining. my room was quiet and comfortable, a definite plus. the location is fantastic, especially for museum visits, i really appreciated this. i found a singaporean restaurant and bar inside the hotel, the satay and nasi goreng were delicious.

The location Is very convenient, it is close to the underground station. There are also some grocery stores nearby, this I found very useful. i also really liked the breakfast. It had a good variety.
the bathroom look tired, and the maintenance is not very good. I noticed a strong smell from the drains, it was unpleasant. water leaked from the shower, so the floor was always wet. I think the hotel needs to pay attention to these details.

i stayed in this hotel and found the staff very warm. natali checked me in quickly. breakfast was a treat with teigist assisting me. the hotel is in a great place near museums and kensington palace.
the room was tiny for the price i paid. i have stayed here before and always had a good room. i do not think i will be back now
